One of the many things i love about my husband...
He is such a little kid trapped in a mans body…today he did two super funny things…
we were sitting on the couch talking and playing with isla and he turns to me and says “i wish we had a magic carpet, that would be so cool”
then later he went to the grocery store with a list and on that list i had “snacks” as one of the items and he came home with pudding...

One of the many things i love about my husband...
…I have complete faith and absolutely no doubt that he will always be my husband. through thick and thin, through good times and bad. He is a godly righteous man and for that i am able to be a better wife, mother, daughter, friend, and most importantly christian woman.

Only the Lord knows...
i think one of the main questions anyone going through a bad time is “why?”
one of my friends is going through a super hard time right now. imagine one of your worst fears and it coming true.
i ask for prayer lots of prayer for a friend who is hurting right now. the lord knows who you are praying for. ask Him to speak truth and love into her marriage. pray for wisdom for both her...

meh...
some days are not so good…today is one of those days. isla is in a great mood but i am down in the dumps. my major prayer for today is for god to give me contentment and to show me what his will is in the next few years to come regarding our family.

booooooooooo…i really think i need to call but my husband says he has it under control…so heres to waiting and one more weekend without it.

ahhhhhh i have been without my camera for months now. it has been getting fixed. it has been in the mail for three weeks. what in the world? i jsut want my camera. there are a lot of little projects around the house that i want/need to get done. we moved in when i was 8 months pregnant and jsut did the bare minimum in getting it ready. the kitchen/dining room/living room also known as the great...

i pray that some day tim will be able to walk his daughter down the isle…with their arms locked walking beside each other. giving her away to a wonderful godly man.

One of the many things of love about my husband...
…he acts so tough all the time but…
first thing he does when he walks in the door from is pick the dog up (who greets him at the door) and loves on him till he walks across the house to where i am, usually holding isla, he leans in and picks her up and kisses me at the same time and then continues to give isla kisses and love for about 45 minutes straight.

9:55 am monday morning
ok so its 9:55 and isla is still asleep. she did not sleep well last night. she went to bed at 9:15. woke up at 10:15, :130, 3:30, 4:30, i gave her some meds and then pt her in bed with us. she was wide awake. did not want to sleep. so tim called in the reinforcements and brought her swing in. the swung for an hour before she fell alseep. now she has been asleep since 5:45 in her swing.

so its 11 oclock at night and i am exhausted but i cant sleep. there is a story a dear friend told me last night that is heart wrenching to me. i know i dont have many people that read my blog and i know this will probably never get back to anyone involved but i still feel i shouldnt go into too many details.
