One of the many things i love about my husband...
…i open the cabinet in the morning to get some cereal and my choices are fruit loops or cocoa pebbles. puts a smile on my face.
- he does the grocery shopping and if i just put cereal on the list this is what he comes home with. gosh i love him.

Leaving on Jet Plane...
Tomorrow morning i am headed to chicago for work. I leave MB at 5:30 am arrive in chicago at 8:30 my brother is picking me up at the airport and then we are off for three days of shopping at for new lines for the store.

therapy update...

tim is a morning person...

$1.69 went a long way today...
that my friends is a buttercup squash. i bought it the other day at the store when i realized the price was only $1.69…all the other squashes were that much per Lb. not this little guy…well big guy. he was about 4-5 lbs…

im not going to lie. im not going to sugar coat it…
sometimes it sucks having a child with special needs.
now dont get me wrong i love isla ann with all of my heart and i would not trade her or make her different for the world. we love her just as she is.
its hard not knowing what is going to happen to her though. will she walk? will she talk? will she live to her 16th birthday?

yesterday tims history class took an EOC, end of course, test. this test is made to see how much the students learned from the class and essentially how well tim taught the class. he didnt know how well it was going to go. his kids have had a lot of absences this semester. quite a few kids missing upwards of 12 classes. which makes me question the parents. last night we are laying in bed going to sleep and he says “you know what i think is so cute that you do? when you throw a mini hissy fit when you have to get up with isla in the night”
ok…so i’ll admit that i do get a bit of attitude (not with her) but just in general. i sigh and whip the the covers off with a little it too much force.
