today for isla and i (i guess vivi too)...
-we were going to wake up early and go to work early to get some things done… (isla woke up early by herself just had a little seizure so now shes back asleep. hopefully we can still get out of here at a decent time.)
-lots of laundry to fold and put away.
-get christmas decorations out and organized, also put fall ones away in storage area.
-have an event to get ready for at the store on...

cloth diapering for about a month now. we love it!
isla has yet to leak once!… except a few minutes ago when i was holding her.
really kid. you had to pick your first leak to be when you were cuddling with mommy.

DIY table top tactile/sensory trays...
isla loves her tactile and sensory trays.
they are super easy to make and very inexpensive. they let your child explore different textures and senses.
i made these as smaller tray top bins for her wheelchair. she also has some large bins that she can sit in and play with. for older children you can use tubs/storage bins that they can stand at or in to play.
these are 13x9 in food...

the big debate for tim and i through this...
what kind of stroller do we get?
-do we go double stroller for the girls? well then that means that isla wont be in her wheelchair as much as she should be.
-i can do wheelchair and sling for a while. which i will probably do, some.
-when vivi is able to sit in an umbrella stroller i can do that with some hooks that hook her stroller to islas wheelchair…so it make a side by side double...

so this morning...
isla is eating her oatmeal with raisins…a usual breakfast for her.. maybe once a week she gets this…and she is slurping it…cant eat it fast enough… im thinking jeez she starving… then i decide to taste a bit… and holy cow…
my pregnancy brain has gotten so bad…
i mustve put like 4 or 5 teaspoons of brown sugar in her oatmeal. this morning. whooops....

Stretchmarks: yes dang it…i have some little red dots on each side of the belly and one just the belly button…they just popped up a few days ago.
Sleep: some nights i conk out…some nights im awake all night…i can get comfy im just awake.

feeling a little better today…still under the weather and tired…but after a lot of sleep and medicine…shes doing better…was able to keep down her small breakfast too!

pregnancy cravings so far...
this pregnancy i have lived off of…
water. i wanted it with isla, a lot. but this pregnancy if i dont have water with me at all times i freak. i drink at least 80oz a day. most days a lot more.
peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
spinach salads
frozen waffles
mac n cheese
grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches
cereal-lots of it.

its only 8:40 and isla has:
woken up fussy with a fever, had some fever reducer, eaten breakfast and promptly puked it up, had a bath, her meds, and is now having a seizure.
friday isla woke up with allergies or symptoms from the cold weather change, sat and sun symptoms got worse, monday she had a fever too, which is the usually progression. see she doesnt handle runny noses and post nasal...
isla goes to the orthopedist today! pray she gets...

prepping islas cloth diapers…
so excited today we begin the cloth diaper journey! i know its going to be great but im a little nervous…is that weird? tim is super excited. i think he is seeing dollar signs of savings in his brain… we shall see how long his “excitedness” stays after we start using them! ;)

-tim got home 40 minutes ago from a football game. they won first round of the playoffs! next weeks game is 4 hours away.
-ive been wide awake since 1:20 am. pregnancy insomnia has begun. i had it really bad when pregnant with isla.
-isla is currently in her crib coughing, the humidifier got put on along with a small dose of dimetap.

thanksgiving!
i am so excited.
this is the first year i am hosting thanksgiving at my house!!!
so far it is just my parents and tims mom. and whatever friends of ours that arent going somewhere. but i am super excited.
