my daughter is currently eating...
smashed black soybeans and eggplant with some seasoning and she loves it. its nutrient rich lunch that looks like poo and im sure wouldnt taste too great to the normal person but she is loving it. im glad she loves food. cause i have to admit sometimes i work so hard at getting her all of the right nutrients in her foods, so i dont have to give her supplements or pedia sure, that i dont think...

isla had a rough night...
she was up on and off til 2:30 last night with gas. she would scream then toot then fuss cause she was tired. she would fall asleep for a few minutes and then repeat the whole process again. she worked herself up so much she was so over heated and hot. i took her temp it was a little warm at 101 gave her some ibuprofen and then sat and rubbed her back, rocked her, and sang to her. she eventually...

last night mama was in full on relax mode...
it was just me and isla at home. i cuddled her for a bit. then she fell asleep while i cooked myself some pasta with tomatoes and olives. i then poured myself a glass of wine. and i bought some little debbie swiss rolls for dessert (dont judge) on my way home from work, and then sat down on the couch with my big booty, pasta, wine, swiss roll, oxford, oswald, and watched due date. it was a great...

i have tmj. last december i had a horrible go around with it that ended up with a trip to the er and an emergency dentist appointment. i’ve had it for about 6 years now. i clench my teeth and jaw while im sleeping but also while im awake too. so last week i found myself clenching again. then the whole progression started.
